Prices indicated are in Euros, might be subject to changes and to be unsold. Ex cellar our warehouse Vivavin c/o Ziegler
Transport cost and insurance are not included and available on request.

Conditions of payment
Payment : maximum 10 days on receipt of our invoice and before shipment
No cash discount
Order Cancellation fees : 30%
Handling & labelling fees not included

Delays
Order will be release 48H00 after receipt of your payment for wine available for immeidate shipping.
Order will be release 1 month after receipt of your payment for wine to be order to the producer
For wines sold before being bottled, availability date will be clearly indicated on our invoice
VIVAVIN is not responsable of any delays from the shipping company

Complaints
Complaints have to be made not later than 8 days from their arrival.
The goods are shipped at the customer’s own risk. VIVAVIN is not liable for any failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond their control. All our contracts are governed by French law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

Cancelling of the order
30% of the amount will be charged for any order cancellation. Failed payments, increasing costs for taxes, duties or shipment deliberate us from the delivery or allow us to adapt the prices. We are not liable for any failure occasioned by circumstances beyond our control, who prevents us from the delivery.

Collection
The collections of the wines has to be arranged within 60 days of the invoice date. After this term the wines will be stored in our cellar and the concerning costs will be charged according to our detailed conditions of storing.
